Lots of rain from the Hurricane

Guntersville Bass Guides  256-698-6593

Busy week with Ron from Muskogee Oklahoma as he put the CHECK MARK beside Guntersville on his bucket list.

We fished the grass mats all week and when the sun would pop out we would try some flipping with pretty good results and froggin is still the go to.  Ron is a natural he picked up the frogging and flipping very fast as he caught himself some Lake Guntersville Bass. 8 FT or less seemed to be the best depths and from the river channel to the banks he caught fish, as the weather changed so did the fish and the lake level, TVA had to take the lake down due to all the rain we was getting and that didnt help keep the fish where they needed to be and the wind was just constant and annoying , until Sunday I was able to fish effectively and had two guys that I know you've seen their mugs before but just not in the same pic, well we changed that today Mike and David did a little warm up with a double.

This week should be outstanding but when dealing with mother nature its hard to tell
Water temp has fallen pretty fast down to 71 and the water clarity is 3 ft in most areas..

Good Luck to everyone of ya.
